*This agreement shall be subject to a three (3) day inspection and review period during which Buyer or Lessee may view the property prior to the agreement becoming binding.

*Should Bid Winner Fail to execute full contract in agreed upon contract deadline date, 2nd bidder will have the opportunity to purchase or rent the property.
