1. What we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone, address.
- Identity verification: government ID + selfie for KYC-approved bidders (encrypted at rest).
- Payment details: handled by our processor (Stripe); we don't store card numbers.
- Bank verification: handled by Plaid for large ACH deposits.
- Usage data: pages visited, bids placed, video watch time.
- Cookies + local storage: session, preferences, analytics.
2. How we use it
- To operate the auction, shop, and streaming features.
- To verify identity + prevent fraud.
- To send transactional emails (bid confirmations, shipping, KYC updates).
- To improve the platform.
3. Who we share with
- Payment processors (Stripe, Plaid) for transactions.
- Identity verification providers (Persona) for KYC.
- Fulfillment providers (Shippo) for shop orders.
- Video CDN (Mux) for streaming delivery.
- Law enforcement when legally required.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Email privacy@styleclicktv.com. Bidders with completed transactions may be subject to record-retention requirements (tax + real-estate closing docs).
5. Security
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Sessions expire after 3 hours. Personally-identifying KYC documents are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS everywhere.
