1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using StyleClickTV (“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to register as a bidder. Real estate auction bidding requires additional identity verification (KYC).
3. Auctions
Bids placed on the platform are binding. Winning bidders enter into a purchase agreement subject to the terms of each auction listing.
4. Payments & fees
Buyer's premium, deposits, and any applicable taxes are described on each individual auction listing. Payment providers include Stripe and Plaid.
5. Broker responsibilities
Approved brokers are responsible for the accuracy of listing information and compliance with local real estate regulations.
6. Prohibited conduct
No shill bidding, no false identities, no interference with other bidders.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranty.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
