- Do I need to be in the US to bid?
- No. International bidders are welcome, but additional verification may be required.
- How is my deposit handled?
- Stripe authorises your deposit at registration and we capture it only if you win. Non-winners are released automatically within 24 hours of auction close.
- What is the buyer’s premium?
- Default 5%, added to the winning bid and itemised on your invoice. Some auctions vary.
- Can I sell a property on StyleClickTV?
- Yes — apply through the agent portal. We manage the listing, marketing, and live auction.
- Are shop orders shipped internationally?
- Currently US shipping only. International shipping arrives in Phase 5.
